Danlys Hernandez, Executive Director of Enterprise Construction joined CVS Health in 2018. She is responsible for ensuring that the built environment of all Enterprise and Corporate facilities represents the vision of our various Corporate Business Partners through dynamic planning, branding, design, and construction. Danlys serves as a critical partner from the beginning with individual stakeholders on all different types of projects for the various business models within their organizations. Major business units Danlys’ team supports are CVS Heath, CVS Caremark, CVS Specialty, Specialty Pharmacy, Coram, Omnicare, Kidney Care, Central Fill, Aetna, and Supply chain across the country.

Her primary focus is on ensuring successful execution of construction throughout the Enterprise for a broad range of projects.

Danlys has over 20 years of professional experience spanning across design, management, real estate development and construction throughout the Northeast and the Southeast. Her client base has varied from private to public entities. Prior to joining CVS Health, she acted as the Director of Development at Boos Development, leading high-profile retail, corporate and complex multi-use development in South Florida. As a part of CVS Health, Danlys has been responsible for both retail and Enterprise work across the country including Alaska and Puerto Rico.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the New York Institute of Technology. She is actively involved in Women in Healthcare Organization and CREW. She leads different mentoring groups and advocates for Women in Construction development within her organization and several volunteer efforts.
