Great Parks Summit
Join us for the 2022 Great Park Summit virtual conference taking place July 26 in celebration of National Parks and Recreation Month. The theme of this year’s virtual event is The Power of Parks, as we continue to explore how parks and public spaces are catalysts for greener, healthier, and more economically vibrant communities.
Hear from park and recreation industry professionals, urban planners, health and wellness experts, environmental stewards, and community leaders on ways to enhance our community’s quality of life through great parks, open spaces, greenways and trails.
There will be three breakout sessions and conference-goers can choose from topics within the three pillars of Placemaking, Health & Fitness, or Conservation and Stewardship. Eventgoers can also attend Neat Streets Miami and Million Trees Miami’s Leaf Summit workshops. In addition, there will be a Mayor’s Roundtable featuring Miami-Dade Mayor Daniella Levine Cava and mayors from cities from across the US.
Admission to the Great Park Summit costs $25.
