Alexi Haas is the Chief Operating Officer of Public Affairs and Government Relations at INGAGE Biz. A veteran of more than half a billion in land transactions, she brings over 15 years of experience operating at the intersection of real estate development, public regulation, and municipal affairs across South Florida.

Alexi has direct experience navigating the regulatory and political dynamics that shape development outcomes in South Florida’s most complex jurisdictions. She has developed and executed entitlement and zoning strategies for projects ranging from single-site townhome communities to large-scale mixed-use redevelopments. She has secured competitive RFPs from institutional landowners, structured complex joint ventures, and led cross-functional teams of attorneys, engineers, lobbyists, and architects to bring thoughtful, well-designed and responsible development projects to life.

Before joining INGAGE, Alexi served as Vice President of Land Acquisitions at Taylor Morrison, where she directed the division’s land purchase strategy, negotiated transactions, and managed pre-closing entitlement and permitting activities. Prior to that, she spent nearly a decade at Lennar Homes, the nation’s largest homebuilder, advancing from Regional Analyst to Director of Entitlements for Southeast Florida. In that role, she oversaw the acquisition of thousands of homesites across Miami-Dade and Broward counties.

Alexi holds a Juris Doctor, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Miami School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Miami. She completed the Mid-Level Leadership Development Course at Harvard Business School in 2021.
