Maira Diaz Giusti is an Executive Board Member and Treasurer of the Parks Foundation of Miami-Dade, where she is committed to advancing initiatives that enhance parks, recreation, environmental stewardship, and quality of life throughout Miami-Dade County. She is passionate about strengthening communities through collaboration, volunteerism, and public-private partnerships that create lasting impact.

Maira has dedicated her career to building meaningful relationships and connecting individuals, businesses, nonprofits, and local governments with resources that foster economic opportunity and community well-being. Her leadership has been guided by a belief that strong communities are built through service, trust, and long-term engagement.

In addition to her role with the Parks Foundation, Maira has also served for the Kapow Public School Program, United Way Leadership Circle, ORT America, National Kidney Foundation, The Commonwealth Institute amongst other organizations. She has supported numerous charitable, educational, and civic organizations throughout South Florida. She is particularly passionate about initiatives focused on financial literacy, youth development, and expanding access to community resources.

Professionally, Maira is a Senior Vice President and Market Manager of Grove Bank & Trust, bringing more than 30 years of leadership experience in South Florida’s financial services industry. She is recognized for her collaborative leadership, dedication to client service, and commitment to giving back to the communities she serves.

Maira holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management as well as a Certified Financial Planning certificate from Florida International University and remains dedicated to using her experience, leadership, and community partnerships to help make Miami-Dade a stronger, healthier, and more vibrant place for future generations.
