Past awardees have included salsa legend Celia Cruz; U.S. Congresswomen Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, Frederica Wilson and Debbie Wasserman Schultz; philanthropist Adrienne Arsht; Grammy award-winning recording artist Gloria Estefan, as well as other women who have made enduring contributions in Miami-Dade.
